Robert Young is a Director of the practice and an Architectural Consultant and Chartered Townplanner with senior management experience.

Robert has extensive experience as a consultant and also working for well-established house builders and a number of private clients. He has working knowledge of several Local Planning Authorities and experience in negotiating Town and Country Planning 1990 section 106 agreements and Community Infrastructure Levy matters.

He gained a 2nd class Degree at Queen Mary’s College, London, and also a post graduate diploma in town planning at Kingston University. 

Olga Young

Olga is an experienced business manager, qualified speech therapist, and has a music college background from her university days.

She is experienced in producing spreadsheets producing VAT returns, liaising with our accountancy firms during important accounting periods resolving any financial matters and producing projections.

Olga assists in the administrative side of the business.

Dan Rymer Trenholme

Dan joined the team at RYA in February 2018. Since joining, Dan has worked on several design and feasibility studies particularly on adaptation & renovation projects - working with integrating design proposals into the fabric of existing buildings. Dan covers projects in Lewisham and the neighbouring boroughs in South London.  

Dan originally trained as an architectural technician at a central London practice, learning the fundamentals of construction technology and drawing management. Dan then went onto studying his BA in Architecture at The University of Greenwich achieving a first class honours.

Anna Kupriyanova 

Assistant Architectural Designer

Anna joined Robert Young Associates in May 2021 as an Architectural Designer. Previously experienced in theatre development and design, her role currently involves supporting the planning stage in new build and extension for private residential and developer-led clients. Now she is working on a range of projects including a new scheme for flats.
