Robert Young Associates worked with the owner of Froxfield House, a substantial listed farmhouse with Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for its complete restoration after years of neglect. Our work included a detailed series of planning elevation drawings with a schedule of repairs. Our rural planning and listed building experience and our Hungerford location gifts us easy access to the Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire and Hampshire villages we are so familiar with. This enables feasibility studies for subsequent planning and proposed development in these rural settings to be done in a timely manner.

Although this project resulted in a planning appeal (its result we are awaiting a hearing) our experience means we have been able to bring together several of our services including legal assistance in planning matters.
