What we do
Services
The practice provides architectural and town planning services in the Thames Valley, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire and North/West and South East London areas. Once instructed we work with you on your project in a speedy and professional manner.
If you are contemplating a major or minor redevelopment proposal, changes of use, listed building, education projects, or a LDF related submission the practice can provide professional assistance and positive design solutions.
The practice works with clients to resolve design and development issues without recourse to appeal. It also carries out site appraisal and feasibility studies.
When conducting appeals, the service provided is based upon substantive experience in appeals by written representation, informal hearings and public inquiries.
The complexity of the planning system continues to increase in a rapidly changing legislative, and policy environment.
With community empowerment becoming well established, it is important for consultants to provide clear advice as the way forward for a variety of future development projects, LDF submissions and neighbourhood plans.
Fees
After an initial meeting, professional fees are normally agreed at the outset of the project for each stage and subsequently the practice logs professional time spent on the relevant project by time sheet.
On this basis, we consider that the practice provides concise, clear, and competitive professional fee costs for clients not only prior to the commencement stage, but also during the course of the project.
