We successfully gained planning permission for our client to demolish an existing dwelling to make way for a new 5 bed detached house which was able to benefit from a large plot, better proportioned rooms and a large kitchen for modern living. In combination with modern construction, an efficient lighting and heating proposal and a facade of carefully detailed brickwork to celebrate the character of the street, the aim was to provide a home that sat will within the town. Unfortunately to unforeseen circumstances the house has not yet been constructed.
